Sara made a chicken and rice casserole the other night and invited us over for dinner, but forgot to put the chicken in. Hence meatless. Actually the pre-cooked chicken was in a seperate pkg. still in the refrigerator.Sara being the excellent cook that she is served a delicious meal.The casserole was just fine without the chicken. I was just thinking this would be a good tradition to start. So for next year Linda and I will be cooking for our &quot;Meatless Thursday&quot; the week prior to Christmas.
