“Man is rated the highest animal, at least among all animals who returned the questionnaire.” ~Robert Brault

100_7999 Amazing video of walking vine woman. DiVine, a plant woman encompassing sixteen feet of living vine, begins her mysterious shows quietly, wrapping herself around a tree or appearing as an inanimate collection of vines on a wall. Slowly, she uncoils her long grapevine branches and moves just a bit before planting herself in a new statuesque position.

100_7951 Thanks for stopping by. We hope you enjoyed The Animal Kingdom with us.

“If all the beasts were gone, men would die from a great loneliness of spirit, for whatever happens to the beasts also happens to the man. All things are connected. Whatever befalls the Earth befalls the sons of the Earth.” ~Chief Seattle of the Suquamish Tribe, letter to President Franklin Pierce

Robson’s Website, Pinned to Pinterest, Google Images ….I hope all the above is Aurora Robson’s work because The Chihuly Collection is at the Conservatory and well worth seeing. Chihuly’s artwork was first seen at the Conservatory in 2003 and shortly after, The Friends of the Conservatory, a private nonprofit group, purchased most of the pieces in that exhibition as a permanent collection for the Conservatory.
