DSC_0023“The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.

DSC_0001

Attitude, to me is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do.

DSC_0005DSC_0010

It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company... a church... a home.

DSC_0007

The remarkable thing is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day.

DSC_0015

We cannot change our past... we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable.

DSC_0016

The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude.

DSC_0004

I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it. (Took me a long time to come to this realization LOL)

DSC_0020 And so it is with you... we are in charge of our attitudes.” Charles Swindoll  American Author and Pastor

One Last Thought:::

Attitude Adjustment

Mary received a parrot as a gift.

parr

The parrot was fully grown with a very bad attitude and worse vocabulary. Every other word was profanity; those that weren't profanity were, to say the least, rude. Mary tried to change the bird's attitude by constantly saying polite words and playing soft music, anything she could think of. Nothing worked. She yelled at the bird and the bird got worse. She shook the bird and the bird became even madder and ruder. Finally, in a moment of desperation, Mary put the parrot in the freezer to get a minute of peace. For a few moments she heard the bird swearing, squawking, kicking and screaming. Then, suddenly, there was absolute quiet. Mary was frightened that she might have actually hurt the bird and quickly opened the freezer door. The parrot calmly stepped out onto Mary's extended arm. Perfectly calm, the parrot said, "I am very sorry that I offended you with my language and my actions and I ask your forgiveness. I will endeavor to correct my behavior, and I am sure it will never happen again." Mary was astounded at the changes in the bird's attitude and was about to ask what had changed him, when the parrot continued, "May I ask what the chicken did?"

Funny Monday At My Quality Time….

mqtnew

Our Neighbor here in Lancaster, Ohio. was returning home from work, a blonde,

blonde2

she was shocked to find her house ransacked and burglarized. She telephoned the police at once and reported the crime. The police dispatcher broadcast the call on the radio, and a K-9 unit,

k9 patrolling nearby, was the first to respond. As the K-9 officer approached the house with his dog on a leash, the blonde ran out on the porch, shuddered at the sight of the cop and his dog, then sat down on the steps. Putting her face in her hands, she moaned, 'I come home to find all my possessions stolen. I call the police for help, and what do they do? They send me a BLIND policeman...!!!

OLDMAN   That’ all folks.. Have a great day…

Edison was quite an angler and living right on the Caloosahatchee river in Fort Myers gave him many opportunities. In the photo below you can see the pier at his estate.

camping I guess you dressed differently to go camping in the 1920s. Being the inventor he was maybe he came up with:
