“A famous Lancaster landmark is Mount Pleasant, a 250-foot (76 m) high sandstone bluff called "Standing Stone" by earlier Native American peoples. It is located in Rising Park, a large city park on the city's north side. It is possible to climb to the top of Mount Pleasant by following a short steep marked trail from the park through the woods that cover the bluff's other sides. There is also a cave known unofficially as "Devils Kitchen" Starting Up the trail

Doctors advise folks to walk for 30minutes a day for their heart. You are definately doing that. Good job!

To clear up the controversy. Linda and I try to walk for about an hour 6-7 days a week. For the past month 5 of those walks each week have been to Mount Pleasant.. Linda gets to the top in about 1/2 the time it takes me LOL

You must be so proud! Well done. I love fencing. We put in a gate, we were so tired of unwanted visitors!
