The “Rider Cup” at My Quality Time….

MQTlogoa A QUALITY TIME FUNNY

GOLFERS Three old men went into the pro shop after playing 18 holes of golf. The pro asked, "Did you guys have a good game today?" The first old guy said, " I had the most riders ever. I had five." The second old guy said, "I had 7 riders, the same as last time." The last old man said, "I beat my old record. I had 12 riders today." After they went into the locker room, another golfer who had heard the old guys talking about their game went to the pro and said, "I've been playing golf for a long time and thought I knew all the terminology of the game, but what's a rider?" The pro said, "A rider is when you hit the ball far enough to actually get in the golf cart and ride to it."

Blue Sky for Sky Watch Friday at My Quality Time

MQTlogoa Make sure to check out:: Sky Watch Friday

DSC_0010

LITTLE BOY:: “WHY IS THE SKY BLUE?”

DAD::  “It has to do with molecules in the air scattering blue light more than red, diffusing blue photons from the Sun so they appear to come from all over the sky, and not just from the Sun. Plus, the Sun doesn’t emit nearly as many purple photons as blue ones, and our eyes aren’t very sensitive to purple light, so overall the sky winds up looking blue.”

Little Boy: “ All this time I thought it was because of quantum effects involving Rayleigh scattering combined with a lack of violet photon receptors in our retinae.’”

MORAL OF STORY:: I’m not really sure but I hope you have a great day. I’ll be gone for a few days. Wife and I are going to do a little camping/fishing..

DSC_0009 jtf1 All packed and heading out the door.. I promise some interesting posts/photos when we get back. I really appreciate you stopping by my blog/post and comments are always appreciated.

Pillsbury Doughboy

MQTlogoaSAD NEWS REGARDING AN ICON OF THE OVEN….

DOUGHBOY940X500

Please join me in remembering a great icon of the oven. The Pillsbury Doughboy died yesterday of a yeast infection and trauma complications from to many jelly beans. Doughboy was buried

COFFIN  in a lightly greased coffin. Dozens of celebrities turned out to pay their respects, including

BUTTERWORTH Butterworth, Hungry Jack, the California Raisins, Betty Crocker, the Hostess Twinkies, and Captain Crunch.

flourgrave The grave site was piled high with flours.

AUNT Aunt Jemima delivered the eulogy and lovingly described Doughboy as a man who never knew how much he was kneaded. Doughboy rose quickly in show business, but his later life was filled with turnovers. He was not considered a very smart cookie, wasting much of his dough on half-baked schemes. Despite being a little flaky at times he still was a crusty old man and was considered a positive roll model for millions. Doughboy is survived by his wife Play Dough, two children, John Dough and Jane Dough, plus they had one in the oven. He is also survived by his elderly father, Pop Tart.
The funeral was held at 3:50 for about 20 minutes.

dbgymn For many years Doughboy was in the best of health and one would often see him at gym.

dbdentis  His health started to fail after a trip to the dentist (to many jelly beans). Chills set in

db11  and he tried to stay warm by the fireplace.

db111 He rapidly went downhill from there and became severely dehydrated.

db1111db11111  You might say he was “baked”

spongebobgif SpongeBob gave the eulogy at the funeral and mentioned he was real concerned because he would soon be heading to the same dentist.
